So I got married today and change my last name to my husband's last name and kept my middle name. Now I changed my mind and want to use my maiden name as my middle name and keep my husband's last name. So can I still make changes to my marriage license? Or do I have to go legally change my name first and then make the changes on the marriage license?. I already got my marriage license. I got married at the court house. I'm just asking if I can make changes to my marriage license after I already got it. I want to use my maiden name as my middle name along with my husband's last name as my last name. How do I change my name on the marriage license?. yes I have my marriage certificate too. I am basically married right now with the certificate saying I am married. But I want to make changes to the certificate. so can I do that?. So when I change my ss card and driver license can I keep my maiden name in it still? On the marriage certificate i have my first name, middle name, and husband's last name. But I want to include my last name in it. Do i have to change my name exactly what it state on the marriage license? or can I add my last name too?. There was a spot on my marriage certificate that said "name to be known as" and i put my first name, middle name, and husband's last name. But I changed my mind and I want to put first name, middle name, my last name-husband last name. Can I still do that to my SS card and driver license even though that name (first name, middle name, my last name-husband last name) was not signed on the marriage certificate?.

The joint tenancy does not replace a will and not does void probate. Your uncle is entitled to a portion of his mothers estate, that is clear. You can't remove the lien until he withdraws his claim to his portion of the property or a judge rules on it. A judge is NOT going to award you 100% of the proprety, that would violate the law.. . Your mothers estate also has to probate before you have any claim.

Good Luck!
