I'm surprised the President and Congress didn't think of this before. . It is amazing how flexible they were in lending practices. But when people were facing foreclosures, the banks were inflexible in renegotiating their fees and interest rates. Banks were greedy and still are greedy.. . What government needs is to force these banks to take responsibility.

Unless things have changed, you don't even have to appear in court UNLESS someone challenges your name change. If there is no challenge, the court-ordered name change becomes effective automatically.

A number of languages could be used to write that, And have been, but for specific purposes (IE Customer's querying information from a bank, etc...).
