I already sign the contract papers for a 1 year lease with this apt, but the owner simply changed her mind at the last minute not wanting to rent the apt to me for no reasonable reason. Now i am living in my current apt paying day by day because my lease is already up and will be homeless in 2 weeks, because my current landlord already found someone to rent this apt. So, do i have any rights as a tenant? I mean, i packed my things, paid my deposit, paid the association fees of $100 and now i dont have an apt because my supposedly to be landlord changed her mind.
