Where can I get a free business plan made to start up a laundrymat?

If you legally change your name, you'll receive an official document stating that you changed your name from _____ to _____. In legal areas, you will have to keep that form, and your original birth certificate, because you'll still need them in the future. The only official record that will change, is your SS card- the number will stay the same, but they'll issue you a new card, and destroy the old one. If you're married/divorced, you'll need those documents too, even though the name would be your previous name. You can renew your vows, and have a new certificate drawn up for yourself, but for legal reasons, you'll need the original papers.
