At the age of twenty-nine, Josh became one of the youngest attorneys to ever appear before the Supreme Court of the United States on their own petition for certiorari and win; securing an 8-1 victory for the Commonwealth of Kentucky in Kentucky v. Josh has also received specialized training in Supreme Court of the United States Advocacy (2010) and Appellate Advocacy (2011) presented by the National Association of Attorneys General. Josh received a dual bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Theatre (2003) from Vanderbilt University and his juris doctorate (2006) from the University of Louisville – Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.
