• Mr. GiaQuinta has a reputation as an aggressive, thorough, yet fair negotiator and litigator of civil disputes. In 2012, he served as lead counsel in two federal court cases involving contract interpretation. In 2013, he argued a constitutional employment case to the Indiana Supreme Court. He is lead counsel on cases involving disputed valuations of a major shopping mall, an auto manufacturing plant and a nation-wide communications provider. Mr. GiaQuinta worked with colleague, Robert Eherenman, to create a set of Terms and Conditions for New Millennium Building Systems, L.L.C. which has streamlined that client's contractual process. Most recently, he was retained by Aqua Indiana, Inc. to represent the utility in a complex condemnation proceeding with the City of Fort Wayne. Though most of Mr. GiaQuinta's time is spent in the commercial area, he has litigated major wrongful death and personal injury cases.

  Mr. GiaQuinta describes his approach this way: "I take pride in building trust relationships with my clients. I am available to meet their schedule requirements to better understand their needs.   As a lifelong resident of Fort Wayne, Mr. GiaQuinta has a long history of community involvement, including four terms on the Fort Wayne City Council. He has served on numerous local and state boards and commissions and currently serves as the President of the FWCS Board of School Trustees. Mr. GiaQuinta has presented at continuing legal education seminars on land use, environmental law, and the effective use of discovery in civil cases.
