No, I don't think you acted like a jerk. Although you don't do templates, you did disclose that "Any artwork, images, or text supplied by and / or designed by on behalf of the customer and / or for use on the clients website, will remain the property of " then, they did not have legal right to use that template after that one year. Since the guy you were dealing with no longer works at that company you can't talk to him about your original arrangements. You did right (although it goes against what you are about) to just offer this guy a sweet deal and move on.

If all you need is to be able to handle the banking for now (and the strong possibility of your FIL getting better and back to normal functioning exists), you may be able to avoid the lawyer's office and go directly to the bank. The bank's officers can advise you further about how to proceed...your husband and FIL may be required to both be present to sign any paperwork while being witnessed in the banks' offices, etc.... Otherwise, and if there is only a very slim chance (or none at all) of your FIL regaining normal functioning abilities, see your attorney, who will advise you further on the matter. You might also want to consider discussing a healthcare power of attorney with your FIL - this will enable a person of his choosing to make medical decisions for him should he be unable to do so for himself....... I think, in the grand scheme, you're better off consulting a lawyer. Things get sticky when it comes to family and money, and you want to help your FIL, but also protect yourselves from any future quarreling, accusations of impropriety, etc..... Best wishes....

Hi,. . I'm looking for a template that I can use each time I put money from personal funds into my corporation. . Thanks!.

hello ,, so im not tht much good in this area ,, but i can learn .. so i want a good website that support my online store ,, easy to use ,, & with good features ,, and all payments & shipping features ., weather free or with money ,,.

You asked would I do it? I have done it twice back when we were raising our children. I think it is wonderful and there is nothing than can compete with a home filled with love and laughter. Other children aren't so lucky, so this makes this so special not only for this child but for your entire family. He must feel loved and protected by the very thought that you all cared enough to put him under the umbrella of your family.. . I would check to make sure your car insurance covers him if he is at the driving age. This doesn't mean you are going to allow him to drive your vehicles but should he have to, you might want to make sure he's covered.. . I would get his records from his regular physician and make sure that you are knowledgeable of his past conditions regarding his health. You have to know or check to see for school whether he has all of his immunizations updated, check on the tetanus, a lot of older kids don't have it. You have to wait to get the medical power of attorney. Are you taking over the guardianship for this child? You'll find out these things because you are asking about the medical power of attorney. Also, since this young man is an addition to your family, you and his mother will have to discuss who will claim him on the taxes this year. It's best to get these things out in the open so that you can make sure you are on the same page.. . We had the honor and privilege of having one of my sister's children moving to our city and going to private school with my children. He was one of seven and lived in a rural area outside of Houston. His father was an engineer, a President of an oil company and was making his first bid for the Senate in Texas at the time he had a seizure and was soon after diagnosed with a brain tumor, he died 18 months later. It was about the saddest thing one could ever imagine but finances were not an issue. He came to our state to be with my mother, his grandmother, when his grandfather, my father, had also passed away. He lived with my mother but was with us so much of the time because we followed his activities in school. My mother had the medical power. He was off the charts in every way a young man can be. My sister well knew that this was a tremendous sacrifice she had made and so did the other children. We knew that our home and my mother's had been blessed with a remarkable young man and no matter where he would have been he would have flourished. He's now happily married, has his own company and two small children at 31. We were lucky and when all of us look we have big smiles on our faces of all of the incredible memories. I have no doubt he does too.. . Anytime you have an opportunity to make a difference in a young person's life, it is a privilege and an honor that his mother trusted you with her most valuable possession, her child. You have no idea of what you are soon going to provide for this child and the difference it will make in his life.. . I know having children and teenagers is a full time job but trust me, we have raised three of our own who are now adults, this time in your life will be the memories you look back on with many of fondest memories regarding your life.. . You are so lucky and wonderful to do this for this young man and your other children will be proud that their parents cared enough for another child who didn't have what they have in life.. . Personally, I think God likes it when we look out for others who are not as fortunate. I think he wants all of us to do this any time we're faced with situations where we could make a difference.. . Best Wishes!

He sounds like a big waste of your time. If he is hanging around you, some really nice man might just pass you up thinking you are with dummy. Do trust your intution and stop reading about astrology. That, too is bs.
