  Mr. Heiart became a partner in the firm in September 2011. He joined the firm in 2005 as an associate?in the eminent domain practice. He served as law clerk to the Hon. Maurice J. Gallipoli, Assignment Judge, New Jersey Superior Court in Hudson County. My grandpa has prostate cancer, has alzheimers (short term memory problems), he looks to have a large mass on his liver and is having heart problems. I saw him today and he is not doing good. My grandma wants him to go to the hospital but he is scared and will not go. My grandma has no idea how to get him help since he refuses to go. What can she do? I told her she needs to be his power of attorney so she can do what's best for him since he doesn't fully understand his health issues. The doctors told him the large mass was probably cancer but he doesn't remember it. He is constantly having stomach pain and has low blood pressure. Today both his feet and lower legs were swollen. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.. Is it serious enough that he should go to a hospital tonight? He has an appointment for something on Wed but my grandma is scared he won't go..

Then, tell why you are qualified to do the work. This is short but should be specific and say so in the first sentence or two. The rest of the paragraph is saying why it is true, so give some examples. This is not a repeat of your resume or your application. It's short opportunity to underscore the 'you' part of you - what makes you stand out, why should a hiring manager read your resume or application instead of the other 50 or 100 (or 1000) on their desk? Make it short, specific, pleasant, believe me, I sincerely do not have all day.. . Finally, sum up. Every state is different, and in your case, it would depend on the laws of the state the rental unit is in. Some states consider e-mails and text messages as written correspondence, but most don't.. . Even if you live in a state where e-mails are not considered enforceable contracts, it is obvious that your landlord agreed to this and you two had a valid meeting of the minds. If this were to escalate for any reason, I don't think you would have any issue, but always better safe than sorry. You can always send your landlord a letter, certified, explaining your agreement and again requesting the written addendum.
