Creating an interactive form for my website.?

So I got married when I was eighteen. Ill say it. I was pregnant. That's basically why I got married. I felt obligated. But I also "thought" I was in love.. Anyway, we got divorced two years later. . I kept his last name even after the divorce because I thought it would be odd if a mother had a different last name than her son. but its also odd still having the same last name as my ex. my existing a good man, and we get along ok. it now being four years after the divorce.. so here I am, still contemplating. its a big decision, because once its gone, it's gone for good. I can't change my mind. . advice? Since we were only married for two years, dated two years prior as well. ok so four years of togetherness. is it strange? should I go back to my maiden name? . Thank You..

You're going to have to decide if you want "best" or "cheap and easy".. . The best way is to go through the courts, pay the fee, post the legal notices, then, when you get your decree, take a notarized copy to every place that has you listed - DMV, passport, bank, department store, library, gas and electric co., ... and have them change your account.. . The easiest is just to start using your maiden name with your friends and let the DMV, IRS, library, utility company, etc etc continue to call you by your married name. That's the least expensive, too.. . If you change it on any document save birthday cards and such - like a credit card or bank account - but don't change it on all of them, and don't go through the court, then, sure as a gun, when you apply for a loan, secutiry clearance or passport, you'll run into trouble.

What do real estate attorneys do?

Example: You sorry bastard, you've had your ugly green boat parked on my potato patch for a long time. This really pisses me off, and scares my goats. I want you to move it by Sunday.. . 3. Edit it and remove anything not strictly necessary to communicate what they did and what is to be done and by when. Repeat this until there simply isn't anything more to remove.
