If you have hired the model that contract should cover the particulars but if its a volunteer or a friend and its for personal use It shouldn't be a problem.. . Seeing that you are unsure if it will be used commercially you may want to do one. However if you don't you can always discuss the compensation and particulars after Be carful though because the model may choses at that time to deny the use of the image for commercial use and you will have to agree to this.. . The company may not want to use the image if there has not been a release form.. . You also need to be aware that if you are not getting compensated to do the illustration but the company is making money of of it the model The model may feel that he/she should still be compensated.
