Criminal Defense Lawyer In Everett, Washington

Whether you face a misdemeanor, felony or traffic offense, my law firm can help. I am here to fight aggressively for the best results possible. I am not here to judge. I know that innocent people get charged with crimes and that good people can make mistakes. Regardless of your specific circumstances, you deserve to have someone on your side, listening to your story and protecting your rights.

I am one of the most well-known criminal defenders in the county and bring more than 30 years of experience to each case. I have an in-depth understanding of criminal laws, and know exactly where to look for vital case evidence in order to obtain dropped or lessened charges. When a full dismissal is not realistic, I call upon my proven negotiation tactics to secure highly favorable plea bargains. However, when trial is the only way to achieve the results you deserve, my law firm is fully prepared to defend you in court. I have successfully tried hundreds of cases in front of judges and juries. There are no slam dunks for the state's attorneys when they are up against my law firm.

I am currently applying for a job overseas. I am currently in another country and would like to request for a reference letter from my former boss in the United States. I had a good relationship with her but have not had any contact with her in about 7 months.

"... and I look forward to a final decision soon." It's ok to sound excited about the position but you don't want to sound pushy or desperate. The words "final decision" and "soon" put together, can exert a bit of inappropriate pressure on the interviewer. This person may not have anything to do with the final decision. I would just choose softer language, as I did above. It's more professional.. . "... in the event that another candidate is selected,..." I do not recommend that you ever mention or even hint of not getting the job, or mentioning another candidate. You're basically introducing the idea of defeat, and it shows a lack of self-confidence. I'm not saying you lack self-confidence, but the language you used doesn't project the impression that you are serious about getting the job. Bottom line, you went to the interview to win the job and get the offer. You don't care about other candidates and should never bring them up. It could introduce the idea that the interviewer should think about other candidates. Too risky. Makes sense?
