Alright this is long I apologize but i cant think of ways to fight this thing.. . The other day i was working with my team and i accidentally left tools in an item that was taken back to base while me and my team continued work. At the end of the day during accountability i noticed the tools were missing so i let someone know, me and my team searched high and low for the tools. we came to the conclusion that the tools had to have come back to base with the item fore mentioned, so i wrote in the inventory that the tools were missing. on the way back to base i was questioned on my tool usage, I replied "yes i used the tools today but i replaced them in the kit they came out of, if they are in the item that went back to base i am sorry i will take better care next time, if not i will take the full consequences of my actions." when we got back to base the tools were found right where i thought they would be i replaced the items and i told my superior. I was told that i will talked to on Tuesday about what happened. my team chief told me he would not give me paper work this time but the assistant team chief is the one i am worried about she warned me before when this happened awhile ago, that if it happens again i will receive paperwork.
