If you are close to a city that has a large chain bookstore (like Barnes & Nobel ) - They have several Power of Attorney Handbooks - some with CD's that have all of the states various forms.. . I just did this for my Parents.. . I got for them.. . Durable Health POA. . Durable Financial POA. . Durable POA. . POA at their financial institutions.. . Living Will. . Will. . You can intervene on her behalf in lieu of a Living Will with a Durable Health POA, but.. . Keep in mind when she dies, your POA's all die.. . She really needs a will. You will be in a huge MESS without a final will.. . Have her sign all the forms in front of two witnesses, not related and not involved in any way with her estate. Have all the forms notarized there all at once.. . Talk her into a living will and more important a will. If not for her, explain that it eliminates a lot of fighting about what everyone 'thinks' she would have wanted.. . A lot of cities also have free seminars on this subject. Call your city and county offices and ask if there are any agencies that deal with aging in your area.. . good luck.

You can probably find an estate planning lawyer who will give a free 30-minute consultation. I know you only want a will to name a guardian for your children, but a qualified lawyer can discuss other things with you like a durable power of attorney for health care. Remember Terri Schiavo? Laws like to address those issues at the same time.. . For a quality will, you might pay up to $300. You might pay more and you might pay less, so shop around just like you would for any other service. Ask friends for recommendations or call the lawyer referral service of your local county bar association.

Living trust: does LT take precedence over original will?

I'm wanting to write a letter along with my resume to florists in my town asking them to let me do a traineeship with them for 12 months to learn how to be a florist? Can anyone help me with a link to go to or any ideas? These jobs are not advertised so I'm asking them to amke a space for me. How?.

I heard that in England, this couple named their daughter Tallulahdoesthehula Inhawaii. 'Tallulah does the hula' as the first name, and 'In Hawaii' as the middle. And, I heard that the couple actually got the child taken away from them, because it was considered child abuse or something to name their kid that. I couldn't agree more, though, lol. Imagine what 'Tallulahdoesthehula' would look like on a job application? That's just setting your kid up for failure, I think.. . But that's just what my mom said.... . EDIT: Ah, it IS a true story, it just happened in New Zealand... not England. And it was 'Talula Does The Hula From Hawaii'... not the other name I said... And, they just made them change her name, they didn't take her away.. . Other names blocked by the registration officials include Fish and Chips, Yeah Detroit, Stallion, Twisty Poi, Keenan Got Lucy, and Sex Fruit.. . lmao
