  • The threat of losing your home. The challenge of paying your bills. The fear of being convicted. When a legal issue related to bankruptcy or criminal law disrupts your life, you need reliable information and solutions from an experienced attorney.

At Manning and Gonzalez, in Dyer, Indiana, we work with clients throughout Northwest Indiana, taking the time to walk them through the legal process ahead, asking pertinent questions and determining what legal strategies to employ in their individual cases.

A large portion of our practice is devoted to finding debt relief solutions for individuals and businesses that face creditor harassment, the threat of foreclosure, or collection actions like wage garnishments. Bankruptcy does not have to be a last resort and is a more effective solution than using debt buying agencies that are driven to take advantage of debtor misfortune.

Whether you qualify to have debts discharged through Chapter 7 bankruptcy or restructured through Chapter 13 or Chapter 11 bankruptcy, our firm can provide the straightforward and honest recommendations you need to move forward. Our attorneys will discuss all of your options with you to determine which solution will be the most beneficial in your situation.

Our attorneys have over 60 years of combined experience.

Beyond our debt relief practice, our firm handles complex criminal law issues for individuals who have been questioned, investigated, arrested or charged with criminal offenses, or want to appeal a conviction. We firmly believe everyone deserves dedicated representation and the protection of his or her rights, whether he or she is charged with a DUI or a violent crime. We aggressively advocate for our clients rights in criminal proceedings.

Financial problems and criminal law issues do not go away on their own. If you are struggling to overcome them, do not hesitate to contact an experienced lawyer at our firm by reaching us online or by telephone at 219-227-4315 (toll free at 800-670-3894) to schedule a free initial consultation. We are here to help.

I really do not understand this. Ive asked this multiple times and have gotten no answers..

I thought this could be a good method of getting extra money. I'm in college so I don't have a lot of spare time and I don't want to be a professional model or anything, so i was wondering if there's any way I could do maybe quick runways or photo-shoots that can pay? Does anyone know how or where I can do this?. . I'm almost 18. I'm 5'8. I have a short pixie hair cut.. 33-24-34.

Hi guys looking for a template of a grievance letter for unfair dismissal, worked as a dental nurse for a small dental practice for over 2 years, none of us have contracts and was never told that Saturday's were obligatory at start date or interview, we simply help out on Saturdays with labwork etc when needed and is always optional, last week I said I could do this Saturday then the day before I said I could no longer come in ( 2 weeks before christmas is busy for everyone) when I went into work today I was dragged with the manager into the lab and told that because of me there was a build up in the lab (which has been there for a while not directly because of me! Really is the responsibility of the person in the lab) he then told me I was now a "bad egg" opened the door and shouted at me to get out repeatedly and to go get my stuff and go home until he figured out what to do with me. I also accidentally took home a set of keys on Friday for the inside doors of the practice which I have never done before when I left early which meant he had to come back on Friday at the end of the day and lock one door, he lives 5mins round the corner, my colleague told me he wasn't happy about this and that his wife had said he was to be home at 5 so apparently she took the kids and left, which has happened on more than a few occasions because she is never happy with him always staying late at the practice and coming in on his days off. So am I being punished for what's going on in his home life? Is this unfair dismissal? What should i do? Sorry for the long message..

You will be this child's parent. If the child's name is hard to pronounce, you don't want to be tripping over it forever. So perhaps Anastasia could become simply Anna. And if you need the distance emotionally or for safety (another consideration for our 16 year old), then you make the distance. You, of course, will consider the best needs of the child. Remember children are VERY resilient, and very adaptable.

credit score question.?

can you please specify health care beliefs in israel?. or if you don't have much time then you can post links (if you do know sites that provide this kind of information and i'll take care of the rest).. thank you :).
