I need to write a letter stating that an employee who used to work for this company has been paid in full and they need to sign it...so that they won't come and ask for money again because they keep lying and saying they worked X amount of hours, but this is not a big company yet so they don't really have any way to prove her wrong. so theyve asked me to write a letter for her to sign , but i don't exactly know how to write it. can anybody please help me? thanks.

I need a template of letter of agreement for paying to third company abroad?

My mom has been divorced for about 30 years now, but still has her ex's last name (never changed it..) . She has decided she is sick of the last name, and wants to go back to her maiden name..is there an easy way to do this?.

I am an American citizen (born and lives in the US) and was married in Canada to another American citizen (also born and lives in the US) while on vacation.. . I went to the SS office this morning to have my name changed on my SS card (hyphenated, even), and the representative told me that I can't do so because I was married outside of the US (despite my citizenship status).. . For documentation I provided my driver's license with my married, hyphenated name (I changed that first)

i am only in 8th grade but i need to write a sample college application letter and i need to know how to set their adress (inside adress) and my adress (heading adress) thank u

I agree that you should keep it as short and factual as possible. Don't commit yourself in writing to being critical of anyone who works there or anything the company has done unless you, a) plan to take legal action, or b) want them to try to sort the problem out rather than accepting your resignation.. . It really just needs to say that you are writing to inform them of your resignation from the post of... with effect from... and asking them to acknowledge receipt of your letter in writing. You can add on a basic closing paragraph about them forwarding any amount due to you in lieu of accrued annual leave in the form of a cheque, and looking forward to hearing from them soon.. . Just one final thought, if you are on anti-depressants and undergoing counselling, have you considered asking you GP to sign you off sick instead of resigning. This might be a good option if there is the slightest chance you might feel differently once your depression has subsided a bit and you are back on your feet. Good luck anyway.
