    CV templates, which one is best to use?

    This question is for any recruiter or HR professional out there. Between 2001 and 2004, I did some contract employment through a employment agency. I held 3 different titles during those years while under contract, and the employment agency utilizes the WORK NUMBER to manage any form of verification that someone may want on their contract employees. Here is my problem. The agency only stores employment data for 7 years. When I recently contacted the Work Number to confirm my own work history data on file, it only listed my last contract job title during 2004. The other 2 contract positions were not listed because they said that they only keep 7 years of data. Now, when I go into a interview and explain that only my last job title is listed with the Work Number, I am afraid that they may think I really didn't work from 2001 to 2003. When they perform the verification, they will only find the last job title in 2004. I am hoping that this is not a unusual situation, considering that some companies close down entirely which would put other folks in a equally precarious situation. This problem could easily be remedied with reference letters, but the supervisors that I worked for are no longer working for the company I contracted with. . I would appreciate any input to how I can explain this situation in a professional manner. I want to explain this situation in my next job interview so they don't wonder what I did between 2001 and 2003 when they do the employment verification. Honesty is always my policy, but I am afraid they actually will not believe that this is really the truth. They could easily assume I did nothing during those years. Any input appreciated. Thanks.
