How do I create a letter head to represent my buisness.?

hi,. we are recently married. we have not registered our marriage yet. . Can we register the marriage with my wife's changed name in the same form ? Or first i need to put my wife's old name in marriage registration form and then later get the affidavit to change the name. But in that case, marriage certificate will have old name, isn't it?. Please help..

there is no such template.. . I hope you have every complaint and request for repair in writing. I hope you can prove you mailed those letters.. . You have to have given the landlord time to repair.

there are 488 letters in that sonnet. What's the likelihood of hammering away and getting 488 letters in the exact sequence as in 'Shall I Compare Thee to a Summer's Day?'? What you end up with is twenty-six multiplied by itself 488 times, or twenty-six to the 488th power. Or, in other words, in base ten, ten to the 690th.". . "[Now] the number of particles in the universe, not grains of sand, I'm talking about protons, electrons, and neutrons, is ten to the eightieth power. Ten to the eightieth is one with eighty zeros after it. Ten to 690th is one with 690 zeros after it. There are not enough particles in the universe to write down the trials

but my mom had the longer name without the Mc & I went through life with the same name as her She said he died when I was a baby but in Aug. 07, I found out that he died in 1979 & am still checking. Since I'm older, I didn't need a BC till I got married & with the County one with the Mc & shorter name, we just told our City Clerk that it was a mistake & he gave me a new one with the name I had been using all my life. I used it to get married, get a passport & it's on my 3 kids BCs BUT in reality I have 3 different names on 3 BCs but only one is considered "authentic" which is the shorter last name with a "Mc" which I never used. I'm still trying to work with the State office of Vital Records to see how I can correct this mistake but I believe I'll have to petition the court and have it changed to the name I've used all my life & was my father's real last name. I think you have to file a "Change of Name (or what ever it's called in Miss.) form" to tell them what you want to change and attach the father's court papers (copies ) & have your signatures notarized on your application for change. I first spoke on the phone to someone in Vital Records at the State Dept to send me the necessary form & filled it out as requested attaching necessary papers, had wittnesses' signatures notarized and then finally when the form was correct & complete, I had to go & get it notarized just to say that I was who I said I was ( the petitioner). So, I went there once & everything else was done by phone & mail but it took a year to complete. I don't see why you have to have a court order to verify a court order --seems like you need to speak to someone else in Vital Records. Try your County offices for help first, they might be more helpful when they understand what you're trying to accomplish. Again, good luck - since the father's name has already been done - it should not be too difficult to change his name on the child's BC.
