I am on a board of directors for a non profitable softball organization for kids 4-14 years of age. i am currently the web site director and we want to start putting pictures on out website, and i need help creating a form that gives us permission from the parents to take pictures of their kids and with the possibility of it being posted on the website. You can't. Forms are proprietary, and most companies use ISO forms, which they buy from ISO. So they can't publish them on the internet.

how to get a part time job?

I would like to leave my job at Marks and Spencers as i no longer enjoy working there and feel it is time to move on to another job. I do not yet have a new job so i can't mention that i have been offered a position elsewhere, i also do not have a manager because the management in M&S is awful and they thought that i had left the job when i hadn't so they took me off the books and off of the manager sheets and have not put my back on since so i don't actually have a manager to write the letter too, the reason i am leaving is because of the companies poor management and the way i have been treated, if i had a problem with say my hours i was basically told there was nothing they could do and would just have to deal with it, i don't know whether to mention this as i would like to use them as a reference. Could somebody give me a resignation letter outline please? thankyou :). To the people saying why would you leave if you don't have another job, I'm 17 and therefore do not have bills to pay and have saved up enough money to keep me on my feet whilst i look for another job..
