Question on Application Cover Letters?

Yes, living forms will copy. It's called reproduction.

The problem is as I said, that there are five siblings. Two are our of the picture, Two are on the committee and each one has the complete opposite opinion. The cancel each others votes out all the time and nothing can move or get done! . I want to join the committee and act in my wife's name (through power of attorney) and join the brother that actually cares about this mother and outnumber the evil sister. This is what my wife has asked me to do. The problem is, if my wife passes away, I understand that I can no longer act in her name on this issue. The power of attorney dies along with her. Is she writes in her will that it is her wish for me to continue to represent her after she passes away, can I still act? To make matters even more complicated, we don't live in Ireland or even the EU.. Thank you for the answer. From what I have found out so far, my wife can become a member of the committee instantly. Once she does, she can give me the power to act in her name. Once she passes away my power dies with her?.

if your sister is 21, you guys can move out together. But you'll need some form of income. maybe ur older sister will come back... I mean she did leave all her stuff there right? I'd wait to see if she comes back after blowing off some steam.. . Then you can give her the idea that both of you can get your own apt. Since your sister is 21 she should be able to have guardianship over you in law. you can tell her youll get a part time job-- or if the age is 16 in ur state then wait until ur 16 and u both can support each other and not have to live w/ ur aunt.. . if ur sister doesnt come back can u go back to ur mom? btw, north carolina sucks, i hope u get outta there.

Can you legally change your last name to something you want without getting married?.
