Note: include a formal address even if you're hand-delivering this letter. . Dear Mr. Doe:

I live at this apartment and they sent out a promotion at the beginning of the lease term saying "1 month FREE rent if you sign your lease before 04/11/08" and seeing that, i did. Now, 2 months left on the lease, i'm trying to claim this and the manager said, yes i get a free months rent as long as i wasn't late on any payments.. . I think i turned rent in one day late on one of the early months so i guess that makes me ineligible. But the thing is, that was not on the email. It just says free months rent if i sign my lease before the date, it didn't say anthing about a single late payment making you ineligible. Should i still be entitled to my free month since the email didn't specify?.

unless there can be termination for (1) just cause such as misconduct, or (2) if there is another term in the contract which provides for another way to end the contract.. . However, you said this agreement was with the agency

I have a warrant for delinquent payments on my fine. I caught a new charge and have a court date, they will hem me up if I go. Would signing over legal power of attorney to someone and having them appear and enter a plea on my behalf be something I could do to keep me out of jail so I can get current on my payment? If so, how do I go about doing it???.

my ss card was stolen and now i have to get a new card, does anyone know, what the ss department do? Do they flag the number? and what happens when I want to get credit? help........
