That's why he listened to psychotherapists who pronounced Geoghan and other abusive priests "cured" when they definitely were not "cured" and never would be.. . It's why he listened to lawyers and insurance providers who advised him to make secret financial settlements while shuffling abusive priests from parish to parish.. . It's why he capitulated to society's politically correct view of homosexuality -- and allowed known gay priests to continue to sexually prey NOT on young kids, but older boys past the age of puberty.. . Plenty of blame can be passed around here -- on the psychotherapists, lawyers, insurance guys, apathetic laity, and on a politically correct culture that sees nothing wrong with the homosexuality that was displayed by the vast majority of priests guilty in this scandal.. . But at the end of the day, the archdiocese of Boston was run by Law. He handled this situation very poorly.

If the tenants had a written lease with the prior owner, any sale, of the property is subject to the terms of that lease. That is true even in Massachusetts. It definitely is true in California.. . That is something that you have to be very aware of when you buy a piece of property. If you see tenants in a property you must find out what if any written agreements they have with the owner of that property. If they have a written lease, you buy that property subject to the terms of that lease.

I submit to a few stock sites. They all have different policies regarding releases. Istock requires the photographer to upload a copy of the release for each photo submitted and I believe requires the photo be for the shoot date.. . Other sites allow the photographer to upload a single release for a specific model and simpy select it for all other images submitted of that model. Some sites accept releases created by other sites, such as Istock or a universal release, some don't. With some sites, it's at the whim of their reviewer and not all consistent. You really need to check each sites's policy.
