did they have full coverage or the minimum liabilty coverage?. Why did the 21yr old's insurance coverage deny the claim?. Is this financial damage you are refering to another person's vehicle, property, or health?. Your question is kind of confusing.. why would someone expect the 21yr old's health insurance to pay for someone else's damages? If the person is over 18 they are ultimately responsible for damages done to somebody else and the parents should not be held responsible. . ----Standard health insurance will never pay for someone elses damage. The only insurance that would cover the damage that one does to another and/or property is car insurance and a liabilty policy. Maybe that answers your question?. -- It does not matter who the car belongs to, the responsiblity and liablity lies with the driver of the vehicle. The basic rules and exclusions should apply to all persons listed on the policy so it would not matter. But the main person that took out the policy would be held responsible for the premium payments.. ---I think I sort of understand the question a little better now that I read over it a few times. Usually there is something called subrogation between two insurance companies when something like that happens. It gets confusing for you when there are 2 or more insurance companies involved. They determine who is liable to pay the claim and fight amongst each other for the financial responsibilty, it depends on the police report most times when it comes down to car insurance ex. rear end collision, running a red light. . But what I dont understand completely is

Just got my EIN and LLC. Do I ask my client to issue 1099 using my new EIN for LLC?

Contact a commercial real estate agent in the area in which you are interested. You should look for an agent that specializes in land and in fact there is a designation that such agents earn for education and expertise in this specialty within commercial real estate. You may need to call more than one commercial brokerage in your area but be persistent. You want at least someone with the CCIM designation.. . Local practice and location will dictate the length of time and the manner of payment. I would assume that the minimum time frame would be in increments of five years with renewable options for a least an additional two times. A lot will have to do on what you intend to do with the leased land. Do you intend to build a store or a warehouse on that land or are you going to put a fence around it and store heavy equipment?

I have an Advanced Directive in California. It lets your doctor and family know how far they should go in treating your condition if you may not recover.

I received the form from our vender and there is a line **D/B/A or Division of** What does it mean? Does mean what my company does? or?. So, what should I write? Company name? But there is second line COMPANY NAME..

you simply can't do this yourself or use boilerplate. you might as well just have a handshake. . these are negotiated on a case by case basis.
