  • Paul A. Sartin was raised in Dallas, Texas, where he graduated from St. Mark's School of Texas. Upon graduation from high school, Paul attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he majored and graduated from the Plan II Honors Program. Upon graduating from UT, he returned to Dallas to follow in the footsteps of his father, Peter A.T. Sartin, and his mother, Linda D. Sartin, and become an attorney, and enrolled at the Southern Methodist University - Dedman School of Law.

    Upon graduating from SMU in 2001, Paul was employed as an associate at a commercial litigation and commercial bankruptcy law firm in Dallas. Since that time, he has always practiced in the commercial and civil litigation areas. Paul has represented businesses of every kind and size, insurance companies, financial institutions, and individuals in a wide variety of litigation matters. Paul has primarily represented parties on the plaintiffs' side of the docket in state and federal courts across Texas. Paul's primary practice in the commercial litigation arena involves commercial creditors' rights and commercial collections.     Paul also maintains a very busy practice in the probate, wills and trusts, and estate planning areas in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
