• Brian Jorgensen represents corporate clients in complex labor and employment litigation, including class action and multiplaintiff employment discrimination lawsuits, wage and hour class and collective actions, and trade secrets and restrictive covenant matters. That's a very broad question.. Obviously much will turn on the service provided and the terms of the contract.. For example, if you take out a mobile phone contract then you agree to those services being provided for 12 or 18 months. You have a contractual right to change our mind in usually 5 days..
