I know it's a silly question. I really suck in web designing so I'm just doing some trial and error.. I have created a template in dreamweaver with the CSS and everything, so how do I use that template in my HTML page?.

I live in Raleigh right now, and I graduated from the University of Maryland (right outside DC!) last year.... If you are frustrated with DC, you will be much happier here in the triangle. People here complain about traffic, but it is NOTHING compared to 495 at rush hour! It is much safer here, you're not constantly hearing about shootings like you are in DC. I can walk through parking lots without being afraid of getting mugged! Depending on where you plan on working, you can cut your commute time considerably. If you are going to work in the research triangle, you should live West of that area because the traffic coming from the east (from Raleigh and Cary)in the morning is pretty nasty. If you are going to work in Raleigh, or the Eastern triangle, you could live anywhere. I have found that the people here are much less aggressive and nasty to eachother, but they aren't as friendly as the South is stereotyped to be since there are so many outsiders that have relocated here. The housing prices are unbelievablely cheap compared to the DC suburbs! (Bethesda, Kensington, etc. are seriously ridiculous). You can get a nice, newer home here for around $300,000...impossible in DC! The only thing I miss is having the Metro so I could go downtown and shop so easily, but overall, living in the Raleigh area is sooo much less stressful than DC!!! . Good luck with your decision! =)
