• Lou Fisher litigates complex facts and legal issues on behalf of corporations, legislative bodies, government officials, and other individuals. Lou's practice covers all phases of litigation, with a focus on expert witnesses, dispositive motions, and appeals. His experience spans a variety of subjects including contracts, torts, oil and gas rights, legislative redistricting, constitutional rights, and employment.

  Lou is representing an energy company on contract claims against the U.S. government related to oilfield ownership interests. He also is defending state and local redistricting legislation against constitutional and statutory claims, and he has successfully defended against preliminary injunction motions in these cases. Lou previously represented an energy company in environmental and contract disputes related to operations in Latin America, and he won U.S. court authorization to depose opposing counsel from foreign litigation and to obtain counsel's assertedly privileged documents. Lou also has successfully defended against Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblower retaliation claims, and he participated in a million-dollar victory for a congressman whose telephone conversation had been recorded illegally. Lou's trial experience includes victories in federal voting rights litigation, as well as liability and damages trials in a pending Court of Federal Claims case. Acting pro bono, Lou currently is a guardian ad litem for three children and also represents a prisoner in a Ninth Circuit civil rights appeal.

  Lou is a member of the Edward Coke Appellate Inn of Court. He has written on voting rights law and on Supreme Court decisions in the areas of antitrust, employment discrimination, and property rights.

Do you know what format the recommendation needs to be in for the schools you are applying to? Some schools may want the teacher to fill out a form while others may just want a letter. If your teacher only has to write a letter than she need not say what grade you got, but could speak about your work ethic and determination. If she has to fill in a form that asks info about what grade you got, etc. then it may not look great to college admissions staff - drawing attention to the worst grade you ever got isn't a great idea.

I'm looking for a gallery script or content management system. I've played with hundreds of types of PHP and PHP + MySQL pieces of software. I need help!. . (REQUIRED) I want the basic gallery page to be JUST tiny 100x100 thumbnails and I want the software to fill the entire screen (no matter what the resolution is) with thumbnails.
