University Form asks to write in block letters only. Does that mean I have to write capital letters like: LUCY LIU? or Lucy Liu? According to Wiki it says ". It is often misconstrued that one must write in capital letters when writing in block letters" So what's up?.

Times have changed, and indentations for paragraphs are usually not used because it is easier not to use them. The body paragraphs should be single spaced in a business letter. But you should double space between paragraphs when your letter contains more than one paragraph.

Is my Cv and Cover Letter ok..?

Oh, and please no flaming, even though it is probably inevitable.. Even as a sixteen year old I know both those things. We are focusing on just real estate.. what if you are a surgeon with a MBA/PhD. and make over 1m a year. Would it be possible to put in more than $400 a month?. WOW! He owned the complex? Early uses of writing?

first you need to know what kind of business letter you're working on, there are few types of business letter, Enquiry, Complaint, Memorandum(memo), acknowledgment and etc. some of it uses different format, but MUST be formal letter, it depend on the firm that you will write the letter, if it a big one you better using full block format, or if it a not so big, you can just uses a simple formal letter, full block mean, no comma and push stop when you writing the the heading of the letter such as receiver add and sender add.
