what is a legal will in Canada?

maybe a receipt.

Phony collections letter?

Sounds like "usury" to me, I would suggest to him that is what you think of what he is doing ! It always bothers anyone who holds a legal position to suggest usury because it goes to the issue of greed and graft in the legal profession. Many do not want this issue or behavior discussed. The Court would take a dim view of this !

I'm currently going to High School in small town, AR. But.. me, my twin sister have decided that after we grauate we want to move to the Bosto area. We haven't decided if we want to go to college.. mainly bc we are doubting out ability to go to school and work enough to maintain enough money to support ourselves. We both want to go into real estate.. which doesn't require college.. but what i was wondering is how do people without a college education do for a living there.. that would supply them with the suffiecient ( ALOT ) amount of money it takes to live there? Where i come from you can rent a 3 bedroom house for 500$. While i've learned that you can rent a 1 MAYBE 2 bedroom house in the boston area for nearly a THOUAND. I'm assuming that means all jobs are going to pay more for the same work? Basically what i need to know is what area (close to if not boston) should i look into living? And also what side job to do while i take buisness and real estate classes? Thanks so much! :).

If I make an IRA charitable rollover to my church for $1000, is it deductible?
