IMPORTANT bible/new testament/literary form question?
I am writing a story and I would like a name that has a subtle link to the character itself. I need two names for two girls. I would like a name meaning 'death' or 'dying' or 'to die' or anything similar for a character which will most likely be a girl but if I find a really good name for a boy then i could change it. I also need a name for the main character who must be a girl as the story focusses a lot on her and i'd find it easier to write about a character of my own gender, I'd like her name to mean something like 'surviver' or something similar. The suggestions don't have to be a first name as i could use a surname for example the name 'Moriarty' from the Sherlock Holmes novels is very similar to the latin word for death. I don't want the names to be too obvious but not too subtle either. thank you in advance and my apologies fro any spelling or grammar errors..
A guardian of a person quit claim deeds the property (land) of person who they are guardian of to themselves the trustee of a irrevocable special needs trust and places the property in the trust that also contains $300,000 in cash. Can the trustee/guardian of the person clean out all the cash in the trust then terminate the trust and guardianship and quit claim deed the property back to the person.. I thought that when things were placed into a irrevocable special needs trust you don't get it back..
Assessments. The employer can state when the employee will receive their first work assessment and the timing of all subsequent regular assessments, for example every 12 months.
