Nothing changes when they sell the loan, except who collects the money. The new loan holder cannot change the terms of the loan. They can however, approve a loan modification if they want to. If you've been denied before, you might want to try again and see if you have better luck with the new company.. . As for refinancing, nothing has changed. You're still free to refinance at anytime, with any bank, if you can get approved. You'll have to pay off the full balance of the loan, plus any prepayment penalty established by the original contract. If you can't get financing to make that happen, then you can't refinance. The fact that someone else owns your mortgage is irrelevant in that process.

For school, we have had to do letters of applications for two different lessons.. . One of them was just a practice, i included why i was applying for the job, and what experience i have had in the past. Of course its fake as im still in school.. My English teacher said our exam on January might be a letter of application.. . So what things do you include in one?.

For example, a "cease and desist" letter written by an attorney. Why do the two always go together as if they are one word? Is it not redundant? Or is it used because it holds some historical significance?. If you asked someone to simply "desist," would it not carry the same legal weight?.

dont pass this up help please.???

I am creating a form in Microsoft Word at work. We filled in a form before which my boss wants this one to be similar too.

My husband left for basic training on monday, but did not fill out a power of attorney form. I tried to do our taxes today and was told that I could not file without his signature or a power of attorney. Could I fill out a power of attorney form for him and sign his name since i am his wife? or would that be fraud?. the second problem to this issue is also the fact that he was told yesterday that it could take up to 90 days for him to get paid. I need the tax money to pay the house hold bills. I can not wait till he gets out of basic to file. I HAVE to have the money to survive right now. He left with the atm card for his regular bank and i have no way of getting any money out of it to pay the bills. I am a stay at home mom and do not have an income..
