Why do want a marriage contract? Asking yourself this question may help you come up with some of the terms. I think having such a contract is a good idea. If I ever get married, I want a contract and a Pren. As important as love is in a marriage, lets face reality. I don't want to get legally, mentally, physically or financially hurt trying so hard to love someone. I see marriage as part business. So I would put things about who is responsible for what bills, how the rent or mortgage is divided up, division of household chores and responsibilities, etc. I would have some stipulations about children, how we will pay for childcare and how we will financially support the child. I would have some "morality clauses" in there too (like what happens if someone cheats on or abuses the other). I would definitely insist upon "separate finances" and if we should split up, we keep what we earn, sell the house and split the profits down the middle. We would do the same with any other "joint" assets we have and will have equal childcare responsibilities.

Should a love letter be typed or written?

Name & gender change in Georgia?

Thanks in advance!.

Most of those email lists you find online advertising 25 or 100 million emails sent are really just a waste of your time. If you're just starting out and don't have any email contacts, you might try renting lists of organizations or publications related to what you sell.. . For example, if you we're selling baby clothes, you might do a search for parenthood, new mothers, young mothers, new borns + email & newsletter or association.

Usually the templates can be quite complex to customize fully. especially when it comes to forms.. They are made very well by professionals and can be hard to get your head around how they work.. I think they rely on this, then they get you comming back asking for help.. Expecially if its created by "Flash" your going to need the correct program to be able to edit them, and a normal html edit won't do it.
