I'm only changing my middle name- so is it important to tell my bank, get a new passport etc? These documents do feature my middle name, but I am unsure whether it is necessary to order new ones?.

A power of attorney gives a person many rights, and if they are abusing those rights you can have a court or the victim revoke that power of attorney.

Letterhead Stationary just means that the people giving you a reference need to use paper that indicates their company or school that they work for. Just let them know that they need to use paper that identifies who they are. I work for a university. If I was writing your letter of recommendation, I would need to write on the offical paper of my university.

i plan to buy this car but i don't know it's history. can anybody check it for me, 5 stars it waiting for you and have a nice day. VIN# is WBABN33433PG62533.

Your wait for housing shouldnt be too long, we were offered housing the same day we got ther, but that was 4 years ago, we left Drum in May of this year to Go to our new duty station (Oklahoma) My husband has been in the Army 15 years and Drum was the worse post we ever been too and we have been all over the world. I feel sorry for you having to large dogs in an on post apartment. They are garden style apartments (one apartment ontop of another) and if you get the top floor apartment you will not have a yard for your dogs to run or play in. And yes they do give people with dogs upstairs apartments. My neighbors had 2 big greyhounds and lived upstairs. Alll the apartments I know of dont allow dogs, although you can try the ones in Calcuim they used to allow 2 pets. They are expensive and not worth the money, but you will have a place to live, also remember you will have to sign a lease at all apartments and you can not legally break a lease off post just to move onto post housing. I was the mayor of our housing community on post and the wait list for e5- 2 bedrooms arent very long. The above person is wrong, you will only get reimbursed 10 days of hotel room and that is during your PCS. Make sure you call the Fort Drum Inn NOW and tell them when you are pcsing and you need to have a room at their pet hotel. They have a seperate area for guests that are staying with pets, but the rooms fill up very quickly. Jobs around the area suck, they dont like hiring Army Wives, Watertown is building up but all in all they hate the Army and wish Fort Drum wasnt there. Also when you get to Drum have your husband go straight to housing, they will put you on the list from the day you left your old post (example you leave jan 5 take 30 days leave and get to drum feb 5, housing will put you on the ist as if you had signed up 30 days ago, so that already knocks a month off your wait time)Remember you must bring the following papers with you when you apply for housing (some may not apply to you). Leave Form . Orders to Fort Drum with amendments . Marriage License . Birth Certificates for Children . Custody/Adoption Paperwork . Pregnancy Verification . TDY orders . Special Power of Attorney (click to view sample) . Pregnancy Verification . Enlistment contract

My friend was on trial and I wanted to help him out. The court had placed him under my guardianship because him being disabled from a brain injury. His attorney asked me for some records that would help him defend my friend and get the cased dismissed against him. I turned over the records to the attorney, however the attorney made a copy and gave them to the Prosecutor and an IRS Agent. The IRS Agent did have anything to do with my friends case, but took the documents and charged me with several crimes involving paying taxes and other things. . According to the rules of evidence this attorney acted illegally by violating my privacy that should also been afforded me, because I was the guardian of his client. The IRS agent later claimed to have gotten a court order to obtain the records, but it turns out that the records where never officially entered in to the court proceedings against my friend. I feel that if the IRS agent wanted to view the records that I turned over to the attorney in confidence , that the IRS agent needed to get a search warrant or order to even view the records. This IRS agent had nothing to do with my friends case or the charges against him. The IRS agent just happened to be a friend of the Prosecutor, who actually blocked the evidence from being entered in as evidence in my friends trial claiming that the records were irrelevant, even though a witness for the state had already testified as having knowledge of the records. Now I am facing 5 different felony charges because this nosy IRS Agent, that the Prosecutor, who I use to date got after me. What can I do about this I recently found out that the Attorney had made a big mistake by sharing the communications that I gave to the attorney. So far my legal bills are over $10,000 dollars and I would not be in trouble at all if this attorney would have conducted themselves ethically, and even the Prosecutor step over the line, by sharing the records, with a third party that really had no reason to be looking at my personal business records. I believe that the attorney, prosecutor and the IRS agent have seriously violated my rights. It has been two years since this happened. Is there a statute of limitations on this kind of thing, or does that start when you discover that something was done wrong against you. Your thoughts would be appreciated . Thank you...... Attorney Client Privilege does extend to a guardian of the client of the attorney according to the rules of evidence. Also please note that this IRS agent excess my personal business records without having my permission or having any court order or search warrant to do so. The IRS agent made a search and seizure and then went and ask for a court order and warrant, which is contrary to proper procedure. The only reason he was summoned to court was to hassle me , because of my ex the Prosecutor wanting to pay me back for dumping her..
