Hi Leema, You don't register that again in local panchayat. You may get a copy of the registration from the registrar office. It will helpful to you for further steps. Ask your husband to go the concerned registrar office to get a copy.

For 2 years I have been paid under 1099. Always made 10/hr. I work for a property owner who has 100+ properties. I started out as just a showing & leasing agent. Over the course of two+ years my tasks have increased greatly. I do pretty much all the accounting in regards to rental accounts, do all the tenant mailings and posting of notices, chase people for money, am the 1st person of contact when tenants have problems, process all the court forms for evictions, also appear in court for the evictions & money judgments on behalf of the owner. I do housing inspections for section 8. Correspond with several utility companies, state, & city agencies, mediate all lease contracts broken by tenants and process confessions of judgment and verifications. I do most of the advertising, process all rental applications including background checks and rental verifications, damage photos upon move-outs, walk-thrus with tenants when moving in, save the owner's butt from legal troubles ALOT.. There is just no end to this list. The property owner basically has nobody else but me. After 2 years of being basically run over by taxes I realize I am barely making minimum wage. I have tried to submit a wage increase which was denied. The owner pulls in at least 550,000/yr.. I have streamlined his business processes greatly. I create all the ledgers, built an Access database to manage accounts, create templates..there is just too much to list. I have other offers on the table from other property owners & as loyal as I have been over the last 2 years think it's time to go because it is not reciprocated. Based on my skill set what should I really expect to make? I do have a BS in IT.. which interestingly fits within the real estate field quite well. If you can't tell I am pretty frustrated. I appreciate any helpful and serious words of advice..

maybe a quote from one of their songs xD. sorry...i'll come back when something pops in my head! :D. . and yes, i ordered it last week :)!. i lovee it xD

How to write a business agreement contract?

I received a letter in the mail stating I owed $901 from an old utility bill from 2004. I spoke with the collector and in a panic I agreed to make the payment within 30 days. Upon doing some research I found that theres really not much they can do.. Although I feel like a made a big mistake by agreeing to pay it.. I called them back and spoke to a manager stating that I wanted proof of the debt before I just went and paid $900 for something I wasn't completely sure about.. I did know that I owed some money from the old bill but I didnt remember it being that high. What should I do? I dont want them to 'renew' the debt and get reported for it just because I was in a panic and just agreed to pay it.. They said they would settle for $650 but if I dont have to pay them anything because its so old then I dont want to.. Ive never received prior letters in the mail and have never had this item show up on a credit report so I had no previous knowledge of this bill. What actions can they take if I dont pay since I agreed the first time to pay it - but I called back and said I wanted proof.. Can I still dispute the claim or is it too late since I already agreed?. Also I live in the State of New York if that helps.. . So a verbal agreement to pay over the phone isn't going to prevent me from being able to send a debt validation letter and an SOL letter? The agreement must be in writing? Thats what my main concern was.. . Anywhoo: thanks so much for your help. So basically I am still in the clear on this situation? I just have to send the letters and then I should be fine? Since it was only a verbal communication between us then Im still not obligated since its past the SOL? What if I dont send any letters to them? What actions could be taken? Im just not understanding what difference there is since its past the SOL anyway.. . timothy: thanks for your help too! This is my actual first time using this and Im really surprised at how fast and helpful this was.. thanks again! .
