    job postpone letter samples?

Letter template to claim compensation from Asda?

i have recently been offered a job which i have accepted althought sth doesn't feel right. when i spoke to my employer about the contract he said that there will be no contract but that i would get an offer letter. i insisted that i would prefer to get a contract but he said no. i was wondering if an offer letter counts as a contract and how binding is it? for example if at the end of the month he doesn't pay me my wages can i use the offer letter to prove that i worked for him? and about notice period

*Put some kind of transition here* I am my biggest critic- I can't stress that enough. This trait is due to my childhood. My mother would yell at me often, telling me that I was no good and that I would never amount to anything. I had no father around to wipe the tears from my eyes *two tear references might be too much*, so I learned at a very young age that if I wanted something, I'd have to go for it myself. I see people my age that seem to expect the world to bend over backwards for them. I feel the world doesn't owe me. If anything, I owe the world. I owe it to myself to strive to become a productive member of society and to take pride in everything I do. I can never give up or give in, even an inch. Although I?ve been through many trials and tribulations, I?ve always found a way to succeed. *There's a lot of cliches here. Howabout some more specifics other than "my mom yelled at me"?*.
