• Krista Schwartz tries high-tech cases, focusing on patent and copyright litigation. Her substantial trial experience and technical skill allow her to manage complicated technical cases with an eye towards summary judgment and trial.

  Krista has successfully handled numerous electronics-related cases. Recently, she won summary judgment for four DIRECTV distributors accused of infringing eight patents. In two recent cases brought by MathWorks against a competitor in GPU computing, she obtained consent judgments from the defendant just before trial and both courts entered injunctions against the defendant. Krista also has significant trial experience. In a copyright case arising from a competitor's clone of the client's successful software product, Krista handled the case from filing of the complaint through trial. She succeeded in getting the competitor's counterclaims dismissed before trial and the jury found in favor of the client, awarding all requested damages.

  Krista has litigated cases involving a wide range of technologies including search engines; satellite signal processing; image processing; compression; Web systems and protocols; cellular telephony; computation, simulation, and visualization software; object-oriented software; computer networking; semiconductor circuitry and packaging; high-definition televisions; video-on-demand; and medical imaging and devices.

  Krista also represents clients in re-examination and post-grant proceedings at the USPTO.

  Prior to law school, Krista worked for AT&T Bell Labs for seven years in a variety of areas, including desktop video conferencing, firmware, computer networks, operating systems, and computer software. Krista is a named inventor on more than 20 U.S. patents related to her work with desktop video conferencing.

How much does a name change cost?

To point out, i have brown eyes, natrul brown hair with natrul red in it (but the red in my hair is only seen when in the sun or when it is drying from being wet) and i get it from my mum's side, the brown hair from my dad. . And I'm soo clumsy that i keep falling and i have broke my ankle 4 times and 2 spraineds and a lot of other stuff like hurting my wrist my hand, I'm just really clumsy a can't help it but they all find it funny. . And also i'm Shy. Like really shy. when i was in highschool i only kept to one group but most of them were backstabbers and they didn't really like me but they always were nice to me. And i hated some of them but i was to nice to say anything yet thinking about it i would of given the chance.

I am looking for a sampler letter that states on this date my tennant has removed all their persnonal proerty. There is no deposit and the tenants have moved out but left some things in there that they say is trash and I want to make sure when i clean it out they dont say I threw away there stuff.
