estate planning

*Put some kind of transition here* I am my biggest critic- I can't stress that enough. This trait is due to my childhood. My mother would yell at me often, telling me that I was no good and that I would never amount to anything. I had no father around to wipe the tears from my eyes *two tear references might be too much*, so I learned at a very young age that if I wanted something, I'd have to go for it myself. I see people my age that seem to expect the world to bend over backwards for them. I feel the world doesn't owe me. If anything, I owe the world. I owe it to myself to strive to become a productive member of society and to take pride in everything I do. I can never give up or give in, even an inch. Although I?ve been through many trials and tribulations, I?ve always found a way to succeed. *There's a lot of cliches here. Howabout some more specifics other than "my mom yelled at me"?*.

or least prepared for.

I'm just starting to learn about estate planning. It is my understanding that if I die, I can use a living trust to pass my assets along to others untaxed--is that correct? Also, if I put my assets into a family living trust and someone sues me, would they be able to take the money from the family living trust? If so, if I had someone in my family serve as trustee of the living trust rather than me, would that protect the assets in the living trust from lawsuits against me personally?.

How do I change my name?

can you give me samples of different business letter?

I have applied at several places but because of my past it screws me. I dont have the money to file bankruptcy, any ideas?.
