I'm interested in pursuing a career in real estate, but I'm worried about the possible lack of opportunities available in this career field during this economic recession.. Are my fears justifiable, or do I have nothing to worry about?. . Also, what other real estate related careers are out there for someone who has a real estate license?.

well im 17 as well. And that's very cute how you feel, but honestly, if a guy i didn't know that well gave me a letter like that i would be a little creeped out. maybe in the future if you get to know this girl an honest detailed letter like this will be appropriate but you barley know the girl and this may freak her out. If she's as hot as you say she is chances are she hears that kind of stuff all the time. And letters are a bit junior high :/ soooo...luckily our generation has brought to us a lot of new technology that allows us to meet new ppl in a more casual way. If you cant simply talk to her in person maybe should try adding her on myspace and talking to her there. like start off slowly like Hi, hows your day? or what r u up to? stuff like that and if she willingly conversates with you than you know she's interested and you can slowly lead to asking her for her number, then telephone chats, then soon asking her out on a date to the movies or something, but if she doesn't respond or seems to reply in short one word answers than she's not interested. oh well. move on. And dont let her see that it even bothered you at all. than your giving her something she doesn't get very often and the challenge might intrigue her. :). . neway good luck. XD

That depends on what you are talking about. A person's name is anything they say it is. When a lady gets married, changing her name is entirely optional, and she does it by simply getting a new driver license. The people at the license bureau don't ask for any proof of anything, they simply record the new name along with a list of all names previously used. Some people get a court order for a name change, which is sort of like buying a bus ticket to walk across the street.

Hello everyone.. . I was just wondering if some teacher's were abe to give me some honest ideas about how long they spend working during evenings and weekends. I am currently a year 3 BEd student on my final placement and am finding it so difficult to find time to do everything! I am literally working as soon as I get home from school up until when I go to bed, and working most of my weekend. I feel guilty if I am not doing work, or constantly worrying that something hasn't been done. I have never felt like this before so am a bit unsure whether my personal view of the career has changed or if it is because I am in a mixed year class - I have a whole key stage 2 class! - . I have spoken to teacher's at the school who tell me I have more time as a student, which at the moment is making me even more panicked.. . So can any teacher's give me a rough idea of how long they spend doing work in and out of school. . Thank you..
