Quebec is the strictest, and looks at each application on a case-by-case basis. It requires that there be a "serious" reason for changing one's name. These include names of a foreign origin that are too difficult to pronounce or write in the original form. A name that lends itself to ridicule or has become infamous would also be eligible for change. However, other reasons can be submitted and its validity would be examined.

why would you need a cover letter to apply for a university course?? but anyways you can always use MS WORD templates for cover letters for that!

Depending on the state, you can sell a car with a Bill of Sale! You can typically find templates on the internet. Jut make sure you deliver the title once it's recieved. Another thing you want to look at, is who the vehicle is currently titled to. If it's title to her, you will have to have Power of attorney or receive the vehicle in a will in order to sign it over. I experienced this with my grand fathers car. The best thing we ever did, was take it to carmax, they gave us an offer and directed us the right direction to fix the title. Hope this helps!

Don't be sorry : we all started at the same level as you are now.. . You don't say what software you have on your computer, or whether you have Microsoft Office (Word) etc.. . So let's do it the easy way.. . Just hit start, then all programs, then accessories and scroll down to "Wordpad" (its near the bottom).. . Now hit wordpad and your screen will now be a blank.. . Hit enter and press a couple of letters on your keyboard.. . Notice the letters coming up? OK. Now backspace and get rid of that sample.. . Now start up at the upper right of your screen, pretending that it is a blank sheet of paper. Now do this :.

How can I go about prooving that I did not sign something that shows my signature on a "copy". I am looking to purchase a home and don't remember for the life of me (neither does my agent) signing a 8 pg purchase and sales agreement. The seller's realtor insists I did and I finally got a copy (through my mortgage broker because the selling realtor refused to give me a copy) and saw how both my signature and the sellers signature look EXACTLY the same on 8 pgs. The worst of it is the last page shows the loop on a letter cut off. I am so upset and ready to get a lawyer because this is a binding agreement. How do I get help?.
