if she is eligible for Medicaid you do not need the trust. If she has assets OVER the allowable limit (2,000 for single, almost 100K for married) some estate planning attorneys offer a medicaid trust, however, medicaid still has to approve her - they have a 2 year look back period. Just because the assets are in a trust does not make her 100% automatic to qualify for medicaid. Do some research first before you create and fund the trust

Road Trip Destination from NW Georgia?

So how much do you think my husbands policy should be? And for myself? Whats the average cost monthly for a married couple having permanent life insurance?.

My mum is really sick but no one believes her...?

Transcription.. During the process of transcription, an enzyme called RNA polymerase binds to DNA at a gene's promoter, then begins unwinding the DNA and making a complementary strand of RNA from the exposed DNA template. Depending on the gene being transcribed, the result can be a molecule of mRNA (messenger RNA), tRNA (transfer RNA), or rRNA (ribosomal RNA). Each type of RNA performs a specific function later in translation.. . rRNA. Ribosomal RNA (rRNA) along with ribosomal proteins make up ribosomes, the "workbenches" on which polypeptides (proteins) are synthesized. It turns out that it is actually rRNA, and not a protein, in the large subunit of the ribosome that performs the peptidyl transferase function of linking amino acids together via peptide bonds. In eukaryotes, the genes coding for rRNAs are located in the nucleolus of the nucleus. A ribosome has 3 binding sites: an A (aminoacyl) site, a P (peptidyl) site, and an E (exit) site.. . mRNA. The message carrying the information needed to make a particular polypeptide exists in the mRNA molecule. It binds with a ribosome and the ribosome starts reading it one codon - 3 consecutive mRNA bases - at a time. Each of the possible 64 codons codes for a particular amino acid, or for a release factor (in which case it is a STOP codon). So the order of bases in the mRNA specifies the order in which amino acids are linked together to form a polypeptide.. . tRNA. A tRNA molecule has 2 main sites. At one end it has an amino-acid attachment site and on the opposite end it has a 3-base anticodon. An enzyme recognizes the type of tRNA and attaches the appropriate amino acid to it, at which point the tRNA is said to be charged. Charged tRNA molecules "bump into" the empty ribosome A site, but only if there is a complementary match between the mRNA codon associated with that site and the anticodon on the tRNA does the charged tRNA dock..

1) You could have it legally changed in which you would want to find out what your state requirements are, usually a court proceeding in which you state your case and so long as it's not something inappropriate or that would cause legality issues (such as changing your name to Meryll Lynch) they tend to grant name changes. Once you've gotten the court out of the way you would want to go to the DMV and get your name changed on you license. This will make every subsequent step easier as most (if not all) of them require photo ID. Then you would want to go to the SSA website and obtain a copy of form SS-5 (legal name change). They will send you a new copy of your social security card with your new name. After that, you will want to contact places such as utilities, insurance, your doctor, your bank, your employer, the post office, etc. to have them change their records. Most places won't bat an eyelash when you request the change. The others will request a photo id and possibly your social security card (which you've done already). . The second option is to change your name by association. This is the easiest way: If you're Gina but want your name to be Jane, have people start calling you Jane. Your legal name will still be Gina and you will have to have all of the people who need your legal name call you Gina, but a lot of times you can request that they refer to you as Jane. For check writing purposes, you can have them ordered to say Gina "Jane" Doe or some such reference to your nickname so you can sign simply Jane Doe.. . Hope this helps!
