theres a girl i like, but more than that, ive never felt this way about a girl before. out of any girl ive had a relationship with the way i feel about her is way beyond that. i think i love her. i know im young, im 15, shes 16 btw, but idk i just think shes the one and i dont think its infatuation. . thing is though she already has a boyfriend. i hated that but ive steadily grown to accept it.. like every other guy i think shed be better off with me but im certain he is not good for her. her boyfriend is 18 and she 16, the age difference isnt a big deal but he's out of school, not to criticize any guy thats 18 but who knows what he's doing.. he is just plain trouble. one time she had to use my phone to make sure he wasnt in jail and another time after school i was with her cause she was waiting for him to pick her up,she was waiting because he was in court for threatening to kill someone with a knife, after he finally arrived he had to go back again. But from what ive seen she really likes him, she writes him letters during class, and makes cute little things, dont know if she actually gives it to him but she still made them. . i dont think its jealously when i say hes not right for her. shes not a model girl but shes not like him and im no goody goody but im no criminal either. and as far as i know they only see each other about once a week idk bout weekends, her moms fully aware of him and doesnt like it. . ME and her are really close, we got on such a personal level even though we only known each other for about three months, which is a bout a month less than shes been with him. when its us she is more herself, compared to acting normal around others. if i didnt know better id say shes about as comfortable with me as she is with her boyfriend. Me and her are so similar in interests style humor, almost anything. its like we two halves of the same whole, i know cheesy.. i just dont know what to do. yesterday she was normal but after a class we had she looked so down and depressed, she didnt even say a word, its happened a couple of times before but this time after lunch we were walking i asked her what was wrong again she just shook her head, then after a few seconds she started crying she wiped but tears kept falling, i held her and begged her to tell me what was going on, i told her it kills me to see her like this. the last i saw her i stopped her and held her like she was family and told her to promise me that she would tell someone(in my head i thought even if its her bf, whatever gets her out of this), when i said that she shook her head and kept crying. i figured she would tell him but just didnt say so or was still caught up in the moment. the next day she, at least looked and acted, normal again i was relieved but she still wouldnt tell me, avoiding the question by asking me the same thing. i dont know if he had anything to do with it, the other times she looked down she didnt cry but i saw them together again in the days after.. i dont think can bear to see that again, or even worse if they end badly. she knows i like her but not love her so she doesnt completely understand when i told her i am always going to be around. she also know wheres i live, its near school so i really will always be available. i want to tell her my true feelings but i dont want to ruin what we have as friends, even though its not enough for me, i guess its all she wants. plus i dont want her boyfriends to get the wrong idea i havent tried to steal her or anything, wouldnt even if i could.. i dont even know my question but i want to be with her so much it hurts. what can i do?.

It is not necessary to have a real estate agent in the purchase of a house. You do need common sense. You should be educated in what you are attempting to do. There are several books published on the home buyer purchasing a house. I would suggest you find one at your local book store or library.. . There are certain steps in the purchase of a house. The first if getting pre-approved to purchase a house with a licensed mortgage broker/banker in your local area. The other steps will normally fall in place as your mortgage banker or broker will assist with the other closing requirements. Make sure the mortgage broker is able and authorized to do FHA and VA mortgage loans if you qualify.. . Make sure you use state licensed escrows and title companies to assist you in the closing of your transaction. These two companies will ensure that your transaction is closed according to the laws of your state.. . You would want to make sure you have a property sales contract that indicate the sales price of the property, the down payment, the type of mortgage you plan to get, conventional, FHA or VA. You would also need an expected date you would want to complete this transaction. This date is an estimated date and should reflect sufficient time for you to complete your mortgage loan,so this time frame should be around 30-45 days. Check with your mortgage broker to see when they can close. You would also want to place in this contract who would be paying for closing cost. Some sellers are willing to pay these fees. Some lenders have a limit on the amount of closing cost they will allow the seller to pay, you would want to run this by your mortgage broker.
