Let's say Husband owns a $1,000,000 life insurance policy with his wife as the beneficiary. He dies. The $1,000,000 is included in his estate, but then is deducted due to the unlimited marital deduction. Now one week later, the wife dies. I don't believe the $1,000,000 she received as beneficiary of her husband's insurance would be subject to individual income taxes, but will that $1,000,000 be included in HER estate? I think it should be as she now has $1,000,000, but for the life of me I can't find anything that says this explicitly/definitively. Thank you!.

You would need to prepare a durable Power of Attorney, Living Will and medical care directive. See an attorney to discuss your specific needs and desires, and appoint the person you want to be in charge of your medical care & making medical decisions for you, who will handle your financial affairs under what specific instructions or specific conditions, etc.

A cover letter is a letter that introduces yourself to the prospective employer. I have enclosed a link to a couple of examples of cover letters and the rest of this site is also very helpful, even telling you how to conduct yourself at interviews, etc. . I do feel if a disability is required for a job that you state the fact in the body of the cover letter so that they know in advance that you're not wasting their time. . I wish you well in your job search!

Would you do a clinical study for money?

You can use any name you like provided you are not impersonating someone or committing fraud. A deed poll is evidence that you are the same person as the one shown on your birth certificate. You can revert to your earlier name if you wish.

What's the difference between covering letters, cv & application forms?
