I am divorced and would like to go back to my maiden name. Just wondering if there is a sight I can go to to download free name change forms for Indiana?.

ya i changed my name from Charles Manson, to Billy bob Bojangles

I am a landlord in Indiana and looking to evict a tenet for not paying rent...she is 13 days late and won't answer her phone, come to her door, or respond to my letters. I have wrote her 3 letters in which I signed, dated, and kept a copy on file for myself. Becuase she will not indicate when or if I will ever be paid, I feel I have no choice but to evict her. Is anyone familiar with Indiana's evictions laws? For example, how many days does she have to vacate after I tell her she's evicted. Do I have to file some papers? What happens if she won't leave? I want to do this right by not breaking the law. I would really appreciate anyone's advice who has knowledge on this subject!.

Why is it so "important"?. . If you think it's not, WHY?.

Or an Advanced Directive as its known in Scotland. I want my wishes to be known in case of serious illness and I am concerned that the hospital wont know I have a living will..

and am convinced I have the needed skills that you seek in for your store.. . I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to meet you in person to discuss why I am a qualified candidate for this job.. . Thank you for your valuable time and consideration.
