Because the child is over a year, I guarantee that the father will have to fill out an Affidavit of Paternity or sign the name change form.. . ***Former child support caseworker

No, your son cannot join you.. . Dual military couples, must have a Family Care Plan.. . IE:. . You have to have someone who agrees in writing, to care for your child on 24 hours notice and 72 hours notice for long term care.. . IE: you are both deployed on short notice.. . You have to have someone willing to watch your child immediantly.. . And you must have someone willing to watch your child long term, for at least a year or more.. . You have to spell out, exactly how you will pay for care, power of attorney for medical issues, etc.. . Without a care plan, they kick you out of the military.

Just sit down and write out the terms that you have agreed to. List both names of the parties to the contract and name the horse and give a description of him. Name the terms of who is allowed to ride your horse, what activities they're allowed to do with the horse, how often they're allowed to use the horse, etc. State who will pay you, how much, and how often. State the length of the agreement... for 1 month or more... meaning how often do they have to renew... do they have to give notice that they're not renewing anymore? Then make sure that BOTH of you sign the agreement!. . For a hold harmless agreement, i'm assuming you mean something like a liability release form. For that, state what activities this person is allowed to do and when you'll be liable and when you won't. A good idea for that is to go to your state's statute... most states legislatures have passed an equine activity liability act... those exempt the horse owner from injuries caused from the inherent risks of equine activities... they impose some duties on the horse owner though, so be sure to read them over (you're responsible for the equipment you provide... make sure it's not faulty

My Scrabble instructions contain a two letter word dictionary which includes "ar - the letter R".. . "Ar" contains the letter it is supposed to represent, is this a logical absurdity, a linguistic absurdity, both or neither?.
