that happened to me. I was fired because my manager said that i took a wk off during christmas that i wasnt approved for but then i did get approved by my asst manager. I even looked at my work schedule for dec and it said on vacation.. . When i told my manager about this he said ooohh you're supposed to report right after christmas and i said I did but you told me to go home because i was fired and he said well, you still didnt report that day so still you're fired for that. . I had to call lawyers for legal advice they told me to first file a complaint to the bigger boss and if they dont take action then, i can go through a lawyer.. .
