I am a third generation Colorado native. Although I have not strayed far from home, I have a lifelong interest in learning about people from other places and other cultures.
Licensed to practice law in 1994, I work exclusively in the area of immigration law. I am active in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and served as Chair of the Colorado Chapter of AILA. I also served on the Board of Governors of AILA, and as a member of the family immigration committee.
I feel greatly rewarded by my work in immigration law. I have a tremendous opportunity to meet extraordinary people from all over the world. It is truly rewarding to help people overcome the hurdles of our immigration laws in order to live their lives and fulfill their goals and dreams in the United States. Personal contact with my clients and responding to their individual needs has become the hallmark of my practice.
In addition to my work in immigration law, I also teach and dance Argentine Tango. Tango is a complex dance formed out of the immigrant culture of Argentina at the turn of the 20th Century. Colorado has a thriving Argentine Tango community, of which I am proud to be a part. I have been fortunate to join my passion for tango with my work. I secure visas for most of the world’s best tango dancers and musicians who come to work in the U.S.
I also practice yoga and meditation, ride horseback, listen to music from other countries, walk my dog and try to enjoy special moments with my beautiful daughter and family.

I am interested in getting a legal name change. I am not married, and I am 18. The purpose of my name change would be for personal security issues dealing with family. Its for safety reasons. I know a few things on how the process works however the information I have is very sketchy and when i called the county clerks office, they weren't very informative because they said i needed to consult an attorney.. Here's what i need to know:. -How much does a legal full name change usually cost? (i live in North Carolina & I was born here). doesnt have to be exact, just an estimation is good.. -What about attorney fees? Is that included in the name change? I dont have alot of money so I want to find the most resourceful information as possible. . -How does the whole process work? from start to finish. -Is it possible I could be declined? what would you say my changes of being declined, if at all, just by the brief introduction i provided?. . any other information you would like to include about this please feel free to add.. . Thanks.
Opening words:. ?????????????????????(To your friend, ?(other party's name), ??(your name)). ?????????????????? (To a person you are going to write to for the first time). . ??????????????????????????????(It is getting warmer day after day and the trees have turned fresh green.) ??????????????????(I am getting along pretty well as usual.) ???????????????????(What is your plan during the summer this year?). ---???????????????????(I am looking forward to seeing you in ---). ?????????????????(I am looking forward to hearing from you.)
So the format of a formal letter is something like this:-. . Senders Address. . (gap). . Date. . (gap). . Receivers Address
chemical property vs chemical change?
So her letter basically says, "This letter is being sent to you on the advice of my attorneys. As you are aware Hurricane Season is not far off. Since there are trees on your property withthe potential of being toppled and causing damage, I wanted to take my attorney's advice and notify you per thier instructions. I am sure that you are aware of this and will handle this appropriately."
Changing your name is easy, but you have to go through the legal system to change it. To make the legal change on your own you would have to be 18, you can file a motion in civil court to legally change your name. . If you are under 18 your parents must do it to change your name. After you receive your order from the judge you can go to the Social Security Administration and request that the name on your Social Security Number be changed.
