the problem is all in the delivery. No need to demonstrate more compassion, the trick is to seem more compassionate. Got to learn how to win Ohio without ticking off Arkansas. In other words, all they need to do is to bleach the leopard's spots.. . The study was commissioned by members of the party's hierarchy and given the official title - Growth and Opportunity Project. A GOP for the GOP. Although Grossly Obvious Poppycock fits as well. Claiming party purity trumps electoral victory, there is already heavy pushback from the right. "What good is it to win earthly spoils when you lose your immortal soul and your breath still smells like embalming fluid?". . What this really calls for is an independent perspective. You want an autopsy, we'll give you an autopsy.. . Summary Report of Autopsy concerning the corpse of the 2012 Republican campaign. External Examination. Close inspection of the body, an old white billionaire, reveals a serrated knife approximately 9 inches long with the initials, Grover Norquist, engraved on the handle, protruding from under the right side between the 4th & 5th ribs.. . Gunshot residue found covering the right hand in excess of ? inch depth, which considering the holes in the right temple exhibiting upward trajectories, is consistent with what can only be described as a series of self- inflicted gunshot wounds. DNA tests reveal skin samples found under the broken nails of both hands are indicative of numerous encounters between the victim and an unknown woman or perhaps group of women.. . The nose is missing which corresponds to the victim's recent recurring publicized bout of TeaPartyitis, a disease which causes the sufferer to cut off his nose to spite his face. In the rectum, what appears to be a wooden stick 6 inches long and ? inch in diameter, has been lodged for quite some time causing a critical backup of feces.. . Pending toxicology results from the lab, internal examination reveals organs in a state consistent with the victim's age, with two conspicuous anomalies. A steady diet of bunk and bamboozle has dulled the senses creating a milky film that covers the retinas. Most exceptional was the astonishing discovery of the total absence of a heart.. . It is the opinion of this office the cause of death was this myocardial void along with the aforementioned complications from various acute traumas. In other words, the victim was probably dead for a long time, just didn't know it..

show me how to do my make-up? I wouldn't be going to an actual MAC store, just one in Nordstroms..

how are these similar and different?. . emails, business letters, facebook posts, memos, text messages. . can you compare and contrast a few of them or all of them.

By contract documents i mean the ones that contractors use when building houses and stuff.. I would really appreciate it if you can give me types of contract documents and a brief description of each(if possible).

Buying a luxury condo in the inner city or a nice home in the suburbs? I have always wanted to live in a nice glass high rise condo. I plan to move to Seattle, WA and a lot of those really nice new glass condo average around 600,000+ for a brand new one which is reasonable since I live in Honolulu and property prices are around the same. What worries me in the long run is urban decay. Will those fancy luxurious condos retain it's prestige over the next few decades? When I look at apartment buildings in Waikiki or downtown that were built in the 1970s, I always wonder if they were considered luxury type back in the day and are now selling for half or two thirds of what the new luxury condos are selling for. Luxury homes tend to be more expensive than luxury condos but you get more space with a home. Also school districts seem to be much better in upscale suburban neighborhoods not to mention safety. I do notice homes tend to appreciate in value, my friends house is old and not really nice but is values at almost 900,000 dollars. However the cost of owning a home is much more than owning a condo, higher maintainance, higher property taxes, higher utilities, etc. You also have to commute longer to get into the inner city which cost a lot of time and gas. With my situation I might not even have kids because right now I am confused with my orientation and I think I am gay so what's the point of owning a big house right? but I am a business major and I always look at situations that are economically the best way..

The reason why you want this information is that real estate is still very much a supply and demand business, if the supply is growing, which it is in most metropolitan areas, and the absorption of housing is slowing down, which it is, and the economic basics are declining (lay offs, economic problems, dramatic interst rate hikes) which is not the case now. One can predict what may happen over some time.. . SO the short answer to your question is, . The values, will go up, they will stay the same, and they will go down, and then they will go up again.
