Is changing your name the same as adding a middle name ?

how to write a letter to a professor?

what does a Notary public stamp means on a document.?

The evidence you have seems pretty solid, so you shouldn't need those affidavits. At worse, the USCIS will send you an RFE (Request For Evidence) if they want them.. . Just for future reference, notary services are pretty easy to find. Check your local UPS store, for example.

You also need to keep close tabs on EVERYTHING you can, his condition, what the doctors say, what he says, what the doctors want to do, and you need to see what his wife is doing. Even write little notes, if a doctors indicates to you he disagrees with what is going on write down his name and what he said.. . Why is she being so controlling if he does not want certain treatment? Why is she forcing it down his throat? If he is coherent and saying I want a divorce why is she still even wanting to be so controlling? Also if he has significant money and most or all will go to her you need to take that seriously.

My mother and father set up an irrevocable trust for me when I was a little boy. When I am 25, I am able to collect up to 25% of the trust, which is approximately $25,000 for housing or educational purpose. I will be 25 on 1/1/12. Here is my situation. My father doesn't want me to have the money for whatever reason. My mother does. I do. The trustee is pretty much a friend of my dad's. The money is not being spent, just being controlled by my dad and the trustee. Is there a way for me to relieve the trustee and find one who will follow the orders of the trust without ripping out my pocket book. I have a friend who is an attorney who I feel is qualified to be the trustee. I'd like to find another attorney to be attorney for the trust. I'd like to relieve the current trustee and block my dad out, and find a new trustee to be in charge. I am seeing some personal behaviors by my father that are leading to me to stop trusting him and ths is why I am doing this.. Who gets to decide who the new trustee is?.
