  • Mark V. Watts is a lifelong resident of Biloxi, Mississippi. A graduate of Mercy Cross High School in 1995, Mark lives in Biloxi with his wife Allison. Mark and Allison have one daughter, and they are expecting their second child. Mark graduated from Mississippi State University in 1999 with B.A. in History, and the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2006.?

    Prior to entering law school, Mark was a teacher at Mercy Cross High School in Biloxi for four years. In addition to teaching, Mark coached several sports; including varsity football, head varsity basketball and varsity baseball.

What's the best way to begin a business letter these days - to a company/business that you don't have a specific contact name for?. . Your legal name is what social security has on record.. . If you want to change it you need to go to court ... its not that difficult... just google "name change" and the state you live in to find the process for your state.. . Honestly it doesn't make a difference about having permission or not after all these years... but if you want to go through the trouble of changing it... have at it. I personally don't think a last name matters all that much... you could change it to anything at all if that's what you want to do.
