What exactly do you mean by "sole custody"?. . What you need is "full legal custody", which gives you the sole right to make medical, educational, and legal decisions on behalf of the child. If you have full legal custody, then you will not need her father's consent to change her name.. . If you do NOT have full legal custody, then you WILL need her father's consent to change her name. Not just his notification, his consent

His school is attempting to tell me they cant accomodate a greater number of his needs, as you can imagine I am very displeased, so I am going to over ride the administrator I am dealing with. However his education plan falls into a Civil Rights Law, many people say to file a complaint with the office of civil rights instead of perpetually arguing with his school. What course of action would you take?.

Ok you got some horrible & very wrong answers- NO leases are NOT registered any place. Leases are NOT public record and are not required to ever be recorded any place but the landlord's files. There is no danger to your parents here.. . You can usually get a generic lease at staples. I'm not sure if you have to buy a package or if you can just get one or not. There are some available online but not sure were. You could try just doing a general search for Lease.

Why are there so many contract types of employment available?

I had a client who had another company try to move to our state who already had the same name. They both couldn't use it. The new company could try to buy his name from him but they couldn't force him to change his.. . Another state registers business name by city so you could have more than one.

My fiance does landscaping jobs on the side of his real job and I want to get him a basic contract written up. He has had a time or two where people have tried to screw him out of the money - even after the work was done (and the job was done right!). Does anyone have any links for information or thoughts on what i NEED to have in the contract. Like I said, I don't want anything too in debth, just something to cover the basics. He is not an "insured" company just enjoys doing it and can make a little extra money. He would like to get into his own business in the future but I know thats a lot of work. Any info would be appretiated! I have no clue where to start. Thanks!.
