The only way to get edge-to-edge printing is to cut off the non-printable margins on your paper after it's printed. That's how professional printers do it for their printing too.

Leaders, planners, and responders are held accountable for what they say and how they say it. Based on this, l?

Your sense of communication is pretty good. I do, however, sense a tone in your letter that you're trying to come across a little too fancy.. . With writing, especially this kind of writing, remember that when you're editing, whatever doesn't kill it makes it stronger.. . I'd be inclined to scratch the first paragraph and start with the second. Instead of "I'm applying for a job..." (duh!), start off with "I have proven customer service skills..." It would make your letter a bit different from the other they're reading, but why not start out right from the get go by stating your qualifications. After you've told them the qualities you have, then say you're looking for a job with their company.. . I also don't like starting a letter with "I'm writing today..." Anything you can put "Duh!" behind and it doesn't look out of place, cut it. Of course you're writing today. Everybody uses that as an intro, but when you look at it, those are meaningless words. Get to the meat as soon as possible.. . Spell out anything below 10. " I have two and one-half years..." Better yet would be "I have more than two years experience..." Then you don't have to use clunky percentages and your paragraph will read more smoothly.. . Don' start sentences without the "I am..." etc. Say "I am available..." instead of "Available..." be as efficient with your words as possible, but don't leave out the little words to make your writing more readable.. . Try to rewrite in a more plain-English tone. Don't try to use big words or fancy words.

The power of attorney is a non issue and doesn't apply.. . Any one of the owners including the one that wants you out, can evict you. Each and everyone of the 5 are owners, whether as a group or an individual. As far as the law is concerned, that one owner can speak for the entire group.. . The issue is that when these 5 people got together to buy this property, they didn't setup a partnership. The other 4 owners need to talk to an attorney that specializes in business Law in particular the rules governing partnerships.

Here is another description to consider. In reviewing the work description you gave, I tend to believe it is more in alignment with professional services. It reads more like a professional service agreement therefor you would not be an employee.

then she can sign a new power of attorney to whoever she would now like to have it. That new attorney-in-fact would have the authority to go after her grandson both criminally and civilly for his abuse of the power of attorney while he had it. If your mother is no longer competent to revoke the power of attorney and sign a new one, you may be able to obtain court-ordered guardianship and then would have the authority to revoke the power of attorney on her behalf.
